30 days to decide in peace: returns are simple and safe.

ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l., known for the quality and uniqueness of its creations, is also committed to customer care, with the goal of ensuring complete satisfaction at every stage of the purchase journey.
Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to verify its compliance and craftsmanship.
Particular attention is paid to every detail, in respect of the artisanal nature of our jewelry and the natural origin of the stones used, which make each piece unique and authentic.

Still, should something escape our attention, you have 30 days (instead of the 14 required by law) to experience, appreciate, and if necessary, return your item.
If you are not fully satisfied, simply open a “Return Ticket” and follow the instructions provided.

For products that are defective or non-compliant, please refer to the applicable Legal Warranty principles.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with these instructions, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the product value.

Refund options:

  • digital voucher (Gift Card) to be used on www.tamashiibracelet.com
  • alternatively, the customer may request a refund through the same payment method used for the purchase

The Gift Card:

  • is valid for 12 months from the date of the original order
  • can be used for one or more purchases
  • cannot be redeemed for cash

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in perfect condition and include original packaging.
The return shipment must be sent within 30 days from the date of purchase (as indicated by the stamp on the Certificate of Authenticity).
This return service applies only to orders placed directly on www.tamashiibracelet.com. Items purchased from third parties, such as physical retail stores or other websites, are not eligible.

Shipping Instructions

Once your ticket has been approved and you receive confirmation by email, follow these instructions to ship the item to our headquarters:

  1. place the product in a protective bubble wrap envelope (size and color do not matter)
  2. include a printed copy of the email received, or a note with the ticket number and your details (name and surname, order number, email address, and phone number)
  3. send the parcel using a courier or postal service of your choice to the following address:

Aria Preziosa S.r.l. is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during transport.
Once the return is received, we will proceed with the refund (Gift Card or direct reimbursement) or repair of the item.
