ARIA PREZIOSA srl is highly appreciated by its customers as well as for the items offered, also for the customer care policies which tend to obtain 100% of the satisfaction of its customers.

For this reason, all items, before being shipped, are carefully checked for conformity and quality, especially considering the principle that our items are handcrafted and that the stones used are always of natural origin.

But if something escapes us, we offer you 30 days (against the 10 required by law) to evaluate them, appreciate them and possibly return them.

If you are not fully satisfied, simply contact customer support via email (shop@ariapreziosa.it) and we will send a courier who will collect the items (return shipping costs are charged to the customer).

When we have received and verified the integrity of the products purchased, we will assign you a voucher with the value of the entire amount paid (including shipping costs).
You can use the voucher to purchase any item available on the website www.ariapreziosa.it.

The validity term of the voucher is 1 (one) calendar year from the date of the first purchase.

Our offices and warehouses will be closed from August 4 to August 22.
