In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), all products sold on this website are covered by a 24-month Legal Warranty.
Under the 24-month Legal Warranty, ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. is liable to the consumer (this regulation applies to sales between ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. and private individuals) for any lack of conformity not apparent at the time of purchase.
A lack of conformity exists when:
- the product is not suitable for its normal intended use,

does not match the description or lacks the qualities promised by the seller,

is unsuitable for a specific use intended by the consumer and accepted by the seller at the time of purchase (Art. 129 of the Consumer Code).
Any lack of conformity arising within 24 months of the purchase date must be reported before the expiration of the 24-month period.
Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that appears within 30 days of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. In case of a defect, the consumer is entitled to have the product restored to conformity at no cost (excluding return shipping), through repair or replacement (Art. 130 of the Consumer Code).
Once the 30-day return period has elapsed, ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. reserves the right to choose whether to repair or replace the product, based on its condition and signs of wear, and may request a cost contribution from the customer.
Repairs or replacements under warranty must be carried out by ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. within a reasonable period from the receipt of the product. The average turnaround time for returning the item to the customer is 30 days. If after a maximum of 60 days ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. is unable to return the repaired product, the customer may request an alternative remedy (replacement or issuance of a voucher of equivalent value).

Return and warranty shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a replacement or repair under warranty through this service, the customer must have purchased a product on this website: www.tamashiibracelet.com and be within the 24-month warranty period.

This site accepts warranty replacements and repairs exclusively through the opening of a Ticket.
The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
The Legal Warranty requested directly from ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. through this service applies exclusively to customers who made their purchase on www.tamashiibracelet.com. For items purchased from other retailers (physical stores or other e-commerce platforms), please contact the original seller.
WARRANTY REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH SALES CHANNELS OTHER THAN THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
If an item arrives at the ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. headquarters through unauthorized channels, we will inform the customer that the request has been declined and the product will be returned at the customer’s expense. Should the customer expressly refuse the return and/or the shipping fee, the item will be held at ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. for a maximum of 60 days, after which it will be archived or disposed of.
For purchases made on www.tamashiibracelet.com, the original order will serve as proof of purchase.
Tamashii® items are crafted in their respective countries of origin and cannot be repaired locally. For this reason, Tamashii® products can only be repaired using similar components at our service center in Vicenza, Italy.
Tamashii® products are made exclusively from natural materials (stones and fabrics), and ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. cannot predict their behavior over time.
If one or more stones break within 30 days of purchase, ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. will replace the item or the affected part at no additional cost. This period is considered sufficient to detect any manufacturing defect.
After the 30-day period, the item may still be repaired or replaced with a similar one, and ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. reserves the right to request a cost contribution, based on the purchase date, the item’s condition, and its usage, ranging from 0% to 100% of the value of the repair or replacement.

To send an item for Warranty Repair, you must first open a Return or Repair Ticket.

STEP-BY-STEP SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Once your ticket has been APPROVED, and you have received the confirmation email, follow these steps to send the product to our headquarters:
1. Place the item in a protective bubble wrap envelope (size and color do not matter).
2. Include a printed copy of the confirmation email, or a note with the ticket number and your details (full name, order number, email address, and phone number).
3. Ship the package using your preferred shipping service to the following address:

4. Use any shipping service of your choice (postal service, courier, etc.).
ARIA PREZIOSA S.r.l. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transport.
Once we receive the return, we will proceed with either issuing a Gift Card, a direct refund, or performing the repair.
